This System Is Fully Automatic
The system no need additives during the glue making, the starch has strongpenetrating power and not separate for a long time. The machine has high power, high rotation speed and uniform cutting. At the same time, the toothed blade directly destroys the starch molecular chain, making the starch particles smaller, allowing the molecules to penetrate into the paper more easily, and no need additives to increase the viscosity. In addition, the mixing system is equipped with traditional mixing blades to ensure uniform cutting and improved adhesion stability．
The loading operation of this system is set by the program. We design the control system of this software according to the business conditions of different carton factories with stable and reliable operation．
Supplying and Amount of Raw Material
All materials are supplied by PLC through program setting and controlling, with accurate quantity, avoiding the traditional glue making system affecting the quality of the glue due to the operation factors, especially the viscosity and paste temperature．
Temperature Control
The system is equipped with a temperature sensor and displays the temperature of the control glue to ensure the starch molecules are more soluble in water, while avoiding the quality of the glue being greatly affected by the ambient temperature, and the temperature is controlled by the PLC．
This equipment is equipped with an automatic cleaning program that automatically cleans the tank after each transfer of glue．
