The integrated machine of dosage and cooking of starch may be powered in several ways (hopper, manual bags, mechanical screw or pneumatic transport). The starch powder enters into the mixer where an agitator keeps the product in suspension. This mixture is sent, by a volumetric pump, to a cooking system suitable for various types of starch. It can measure and control the starch paste concentration.
