CWW-5 Carbon Steel Ink Wastewater Treatment Machine
1. The factory ink printing wastewater should be removed large suspended solids or floater flotage in
advance and then to the special collection pool for centralized processing;
2. Pump the wastewater to the chemicals mixing tank and add chemical 1 &. Chemical 2 respectively to
the flocculation mixing tank;

Quantity
The wastewater will overflow from the flocculation mixing tank into the reaction tank and then the suspended solids become thick and dense flocs; flocs and wastewater through the diaphragm pump to the plate-frame filter press for solid-liquid separation; after these above treatment, the sludge should be regularly thrown away and the clear water back to the temporary storage tank;
Wastewater in the temporary storage tank reaches a certain level and then will be pumped into the decoloration tank, in the meantime, feed the chemical 3 via dosing pump to the this tank and then water becomes colorless after the decoloring treatment;
Wastewater will overflow from the decoloration tank into the neutralization tank and the water PH reaches 6-9 after adding the chemical 4;
Wastewater in neutralization tank reaches a maximum level and then will be pumped into the carbon filter tank by centrifugal pump to further remove the chromaticity &. remaining suspended solids via activated carbon adsorption. After the carbon filtering, water will directly into the clear water pool for reuse or direct discharge into the river.
The following is our machine’s treatment target for the processed effluent water:
Processed by our machine, the wastewater becomes colorless and can be used for the following aspects:
1. Reuse to make the starch glue for the corrugated production line;
2. The factory daily paper board production;
3. And also can be used for other ways, such as washing the glue disks and some other production equipment in order to get our target “ZeroDischarge”.
